At JJewelery Holics, we are committed to delivering your jewellery safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below:
Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and shipped.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently offer the following shipping option:
Standard Shipping (Domestic): Delivery within 5–7 business days after processing.
Please note that delivery times are approximate and may vary depending on your location or external factors such as courier delays or customs processing (for international orders).
Domestic Orders (Within India): A flat shipping fee of ₹99 is charged on all orders.
International Orders: Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout based on the destination. Any customs duties, VAT, or import taxes applicable in your country will be the responsibility of the customer.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your shipment on the courier’s website.
While we make every effort to ensure timely deliveries, JJewelery Holics is not responsible for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances such as courier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs clearance for international orders. If your order is significantly delayed, please contact our support team for assistance.
We currently ship to most countries worldwide.
We do not ship to PO Boxes or military addresses.
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive at all:
Please contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date. Provide your name, order number, and details of the issue.
We will investigate and, if applicable, provide a replacement or refund in accordance with our policy.
