Change of Mind

  • If you’ve changed your mind or no longer wish to keep the item, you may return it.

  • Return shipping and re-shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.

  • Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service

    • Reach out to us within 7 days of receiving your order.

    • Email us at Connect@jjeweleryholics.com.

    • Provide:

      • Your name

      • Order number

      • An unboxing video (mandatory for claims)

      • Details of the issue

  2. Return Authorization

    • After reviewing your claim, we will confirm whether a return is warranted and issue a return authorization if applicable.

  3. Replacement or Store Credit

    • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:

      • Send a replacement, or

      • Issue store credit equivalent to the purchase amount within 3–7 business days if the item is no longer available.
