Return shipping and re-shipping costs for exchanges will be the responsibility of the customer.
Alternatively, you may opt for store credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.

Return Authorization
After reviewing your claim, we will confirm whether a return is warranted and issue a return authorization if applicable.
Replacement or Store Credit
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will either:
Send a replacement, or
Issue store credit equivalent to the purchase amount within 3–7 business days if the item is no longer available.
